I have an array of mental disorders that I’m trying to keep under control while running this blog, answering hundreds of messages each week and going to college. These people are going to lose weight with or without me, no body has a choice in their ed. And if you haven’t noticed, I try my best to give advice on how to lose weight in a healthy and safe way. You should eat more during the day then you won’t be as hungry in the evenings. Also when you feel like binging try to stick to healthy foods and eat slowly, drinking water in between mouthfuls. There are lots of naturally sweet foods you could try such as fruit, sweet potatoes and dried dates (nature’s caramel) xx
