I’m not promoting thin over thick. I have an eating disorder and I want to be thin. This blog is of photos and quotes that push me so I can be thin. Because that’s what I want for myself. So tell me how is that the same as fat shaming and taking some person who could be perfectly healthy and being fucking rude and essentially calling them ugly for being overweight?

coffee and thinspo. if you smoke, do so as well. (but don’t start smoking just to be thin, it’s not worth it and it’s expensive as heck.) when you wake up, have a coffee (and a cigarette). when you have time left over, scroll thinspo. also drink a lot of water. Green tea helps as well.
I did the same thing as you a while ago an then i discovered the power of coffee. It’s AMAZING
let me know how it goes and what your problems are as you go:) but remember to stay safe. If you start to feel faint, it’s okay to eat cereal.
