Total: 844kcal (without counting the fruits and veggies)
Limit: 900kcal

Day 2- HSGD
Pecan: 120kcal
Musli with coconut milk: 136kcal
Pine nuts: 170kcal
Honey: 60kcal
Meat: 35kcal
Walking + workout: -211kcal
Total: 310 kcal (I mainly ate fruits and veggies but I’m not counting them)
Limit: 800
Today was a good day.
Back when I first started my fitness journey, I could NEVER do this stretch, nor could I ever hold it for a length of time. I used to be in awe of the people who could on my Fitness DVDs ;) When I stretched this morning post-legday, and I got this low, I was like.. wait.. what?! I have to get a picture of this! LOL!
My hip flexibity has never been this great to be able to HOLD this stretch for a long period of time & this low!
I still have some depth to go, but this SMALL THING made my day today!Be sure to celebrate the “little things”! Every step forward should make your fitness journey even more exciting!
